What has lead up to where I am now!!! Part 3

So anyway as I said before I was called and told I had a child molestor working for me. I asked a few questions of the caller and really didn't get much except that my "support" employee has been living with her boyfriend and his family. Her having the apartment in Chander with the manager was a cover up because the boyfriend had just turned 16 but they had been in a sexual relationsip since he was 15. So knowing what the laws for the daycare were and what my emotions were telling me I called the Warrick CPS office. From experience I should have known that nothing would come about this but hey it was my job. I spoke to a caseworker up there K.H. Not that she was much help. I gave her what information I had which I know wasn't a lot but I was doing what I was directed to do by state licensing requirements only to be told by K.H. if I didn't call back she knew I had 3 daycare license and she would see that they got yanked if she didn't get a call back. I didn't think much about this at the time because I just figured she was looking out for the welfare of all involved as well as I was. I assured her I would call her back. When I did call her back I was shocked beyond belief. This same woman that threatened me with my license told me that I needed to mind my own business because what this provider was doing was legal in the state of Indiana and that if I couldn't handle my employees to stop trying to make trouble. That came so far from the left field I had no clue what she was saying or going with that statement. So I had my talk with the employee told her he ws not to be on the property at any time, call the property at anytime and that included his parents as well. I didn't see how someone that allowed this to happen could possibly be the type I would want to be around my kids.

Well on March 22, I was called by my grandma that one of the children in her care that is normally picked up way before the time she called was acting out, WAY out, going around saying he was going to kill her, throwing things, locking himself in the bathroom, you name it he was doing it. So knowing I couldn't get down there because I had a school run to do in Boonville so I called the Chandler Police to go down and check things out and see if he could get some order on the child because I didn't want anyone to get hurt. When the officer got there the child still continued his actions and the officer had to get stern with him and while waiting for mom to come and give her excuse's on why he behaved like this had call him down many times. Once mom got there still continued. Any way moving on. After mom left I had to notify his caseworker because I had been told that if things had gotten weird with him to call her and let her know. They were to go to court that day and she was VERY talkative about what she wanted to do with this child and take him away from his mother as she had the older kids of this mothers. I have complained to everyone that I was told things I should have NEVER been told because this caseworker was upset because as per her words she couldn't get this kid taken away from the mother and before she is done she will have all of her kids. After she gets this gone she only has one more to go. (Nice to know our tax dollars has a goal)
