What has lead up to where I am now!!! Part 2

I don't expect anyone to read these but it just helps me get this off my chest for properly the first time in a some what order since this happened.



When the manager did Boonville school runs she was to stop by the house once a week and get the groceries for the week. We had to do this because groceries started growing legs and walking right out of the daycare and of course no one knew anything about it.



I have no idea what happened towards the end of the month but around the 20th I have been told that the manager and the "support" employee had to work 24 hours because no one would come in. They supposedly done this one a Wednesday and Thursday. Now if anyone knows anything the one day that is hard to get a worker on is a Friday but low and behold they happen to find a worker for this day. I asked the worker that was suppose to work on the two nights in question why she didn't go to work and I was told she was fired. That was something I was totally unaware of because without our authorization firing was not part of the managers job. Not that the manager was doing her job come to find out anyway. Come to find out the manager and her support employee had talked a lot during those days and nights enough for the support employee to talk the manager into going ahead and take the fact she was talking to the support employees married father a little further. So she did. She left her husband that weekend met her sister from Florida at an Evansville Hotel and the father came down there of course lying to the wife. I have been told this by many that were there but of course the manager to this day denies it. Her husband found them and called the wife and she unfortunetely didn't believe him but that is just the beginning of my problems come to find out. I have been told again by many people that the father was at the daycare MANY times to bring the manager clothing to borrow, bring food (he told this to his wife to make me look bad), and etc. When I say etc I do mean etc I am still searching for the truth on that one because WHEN I find out that this is fact I will go off on someone. They had no right to do things like that at the daycare with my children there even if they were sleeping. REMINDER: I still was not being told anything about the manager and the father having an affair because they were afraid since I was friends of the wife I would tell her



Well, it only gets worse from there the manager moved from her home in KY. The manager came to me (me being stupid to all this except that she wasn't happy in her marriage) and asked what I thought of her and support employee moving in together. I told her I didn't see any reason not to because the support employee was going around and telling everyone that her mom and dad were going to kick her out because she was getting ready to turn 20 years old. So she talked to support employee with me there they agreed to the arrangements and the move was on. REMINDER I WAS STILL VERY BLIND TO THE FACT THAT ANYTHING WAS GOING ON.



So we move into February: That was alot for January wasn't' it? Well mom is scheduled to have 3 fusions and 2 10inch rods done on her back. Not in Evansville nope we are going to LOUISVILLE KY. I was going to leave at 1 to get up there to get checked in at the hotel and etc. My grandma was going with me and I had spoke to my manager and this support employee to make sure that this would be fine and if they with the help with John could handle this. I was told go don't worry about anything because everything was under control. I could only wish. I was starting to get suspicious because the company cell phone has his number on it A LOT the calls coming into the daycare from the home was happening ALOT but when I asked it was always to check on the daughter because she had just moved out and he was nervous. Yea nervous he couldn't talk to his women that day.



Feb 14 came and I went that morning to get groceries and the van ready for the trip. When I showed up at the daycare the manager was no where to be found. She had told me that she was having breakfast with her mom since her mom took this day hard since her dad passed. No problem but breakfast doesn't last until noon. I started calling her no answer so I drove by her apartment and low and behold guess who's truck was there. The fathers. Another lie (do you see a pattern here yet) so I go back to the daycare and ask support employee if she had called the niece yet. According to her she had and she was stuck in traffic. The same traffic I just came through with no problem. I asked support employee what she talked to her on and she said her cell phone. When the neice got to the daycare at her scheduled time I took her into the other room and asked her if I could use her cell phone to call her aunt to be told she didn't have her cell phone, so I asked if support employee had called her. She said no she had not talked to her at all that day. The manager came in at that time telling me what a wonderful time she had with her mother. John knew I was a time bomb waiting to explode on her lying. He told me to leave and be safe so that is what I did.



I made it to the hotel was in my room getting comfortable when the cell phone ran it was manager calling telling me she was going to quit because John was rude and she didn't like it. So I called John to get his side of the story he walked in and the manager, support employee, father, niece, and someone he couldn't identify were standing in the front hall. When he went in the manager and father went into the room where the other daughter was working and were cutting up. John got mad and told father to leave he had no reason to be there with other peoples children and keeping the employees from doing their job. Come to find out this wasn't the first time he had done this just the first time he got caught. So I called manager back and told her what John said and she verified yes that was the truth. DUH like he was going to lie it was his business as well. I asked her what she seen so bad about it, she said his rudeness. I told her do what she thought she had to do I really didn't care at this point but John had every right to ask him to leave because he had no business being in there. Thinking I was still stupid to the affair she finally calmed down and agreed.



I came home on the 16th and it was peaceful until 20th when I received two phone calls that would totally turn my day upside down. Call number one Dad called and said my mom was coming home. I was so excited but scared as well because I knew that things were going to be hectic for a while because mom was in so much pain. Grandma had stayed up there because mom still had not woke up completely and was in a lot of pain. Grandma was not leaving her daughter. We couldn't get a hotel room because there was a conference that came in so I came home and dad went to Tell City to stay at camp and drove up there every day. I had to go to Indy on the 20th to get Grandma and suitcases because mom wasn't going to be able to ride long or very fast. So I went ahead and warned dad of delays, bumps in road, and etc. Well before we meaning me and manager because I didn't want to go alone I received a phone call telling me that I had a child molester working for me.
